Here’s to new adventures in 2025 with Treasure Hunt Chester! Are you ready to assemble your crew, get outside, and see Chester in a whole new way?
January might be a darker and colder month than most - but a smooth sea never made for a skillful sailor! Captain Bess has unearthed the hidden treasures of Chester and it’s down to you and your crew to solve the clues and complete the quest.
Whether you’re looking to get active, give your mental health a boost, or simply try something new, Treasure Hunt Chester offers the perfect blend of fun, challenge, and exploration. The route around Chester is 2½ miles, making it ideal for a winter outing that gets you moving and keeps you entertained. The adventure starts at the front of Chester Town Hall.
It’s designed for adults, so you’ll have a laugh together. Crews can be any size, although it might be more fun to split into smaller groups and see who can be the first to solve the final clue! (8+ are welcome too if you want to make a family day of it).
Test your essential pirate skills: follow treasure maps, solve cryptic clues, and keep a keen eye on your surroundings to uncover the answers. Captain Bess, your feisty pirate leader, will guide you through the experience by sending clues and messages straight to your phones.
After the warm glow of the festive season, it’s easy to feel a bit low. But there’s a remedy! Getting outside, staying active, and spending quality time with people you care about can do wonders for your physical and mental wellbeing.
Treasure Hunt Chester combines all three, giving you a memorable adventure to kickstart your year on a positive note.
“We loved puzzling out the clues and each one of us was able to contribute something to solve the puzzles. This activity was a great way to explore the city and we spent four hours on the treasure hunt, with leisurely stops for lunch, coffee and ice cream.”
